Job title: Medical Representative Location: Doha, Qatar (field-based) Company: Life PharmaRole summaryYou will drive sales growth by promoting Life Pharma&rsquo;s portfolio to pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare customers across Qatar, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent product availability and sell-out.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, clinics, and key accounts to promote assigned product lines.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and decision makers.</li><li>Execute monthly/quarterly sales targets and coverage plans; ensure effective territory management.</li><li>Present product knowledge, benefits, and promotions ethically and professionally.</li><li>Collect market intelligence (competitors, pricing, availability, customer feedback) and report insights.</li><li>Coordinate with merchandising/logistics to improve availability, visibility, and planograms where applicable.</li><li>Prepare visit reports, sales reports, and forecast data to support planning and stock management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of medical representative experience in Qatar.</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident presenter.</li><li>Arabic and English communication is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field and manage schedules/targets.</li></ul>What we offer <ul><li>Competitive salary + incentives (based on target achievement)</li><li>Transport allowance / company car (as per policy)</li><li>Training &amp; development within Life Pharma teams</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
