Job title: Medical Representative
Location: Doha, Qatar (field-based)

Role summary

You will drive sales growth by promoting Life Pharma’s portfolio to pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare customers across Qatar, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent product availability and sell-out.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, clinics, and key accounts to promote assigned product lines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and decision makers.
• Execute monthly/quarterly sales targets and coverage plans; ensure effective territory management.
• Present product knowledge, benefits, and promotions ethically and professionally.
• Collect market intelligence (competitors, pricing, availability, customer feedback) and report insights.
• Coordinate with merchandising/logistics to improve availability, visibility, and planograms where applicable.
• Prepare visit reports, sales reports, and forecast data to support planning and stock management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of medical representative experience in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident presenter.
• Arabic and English communication is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage schedules/targets.
