<ul><li>Conducts new hire orientation.</li>
<li>Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to improve the effectiveness of employee performance.</li>
<li>Develop and facilitate ongoing training and development through LifeScience Logistics University</li>
<li>Develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media, including &ndash; CBT, PowerPoint, etc.</li>
<li>Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and standalone plocies.</li>
<li>Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of facility in relation to established goals.</li>
<li>Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improved efficiency of the department and services performed.</li>
<li>Support Organizational Development&rsquo;s morale initiaves by facilitating employee social functions.</li>
<li>Maintain and inform Corporate HR Director of all communication with federal and state agencies.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><br>

Qualifications and Job Specifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Background or Experience in automation is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Associate or/and Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in training and development, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Willingness to take initiative and able to work independently</li>
<li>Demonstrates resourcefulness, ownership and excellent problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook</li>
<li>Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Exhibit exceptional interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and customers</li>
<li>Professional dress is required</li></ul><br>

Technical Expertise</b></h2>
<ul><li>Skillfully navigate through Quality and Employee Management Systems with training &ndash; CQ, UKG</li>
<li>Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint</li>
<li>Intermediate to Advanced skills in Articulate</li>
<li>Basic to Intermediate to Advanced public speaking and presentation skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Experience utilizing web-based telecommunication software</li></ul><br>

Additional Employment Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check, etc.).</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul><br>

Physical/Mental/Visual Demands</b></h2>
<ul><li>Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs. is required.</li></ul><br>

Working Conditions</b></h2>
<ul><li>Activities occur both inside and outside.</li>
<li>Hazardous conditions may exist, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts.</li></ul><br>
