Hourly rate is $22/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review incoming requests and ensure tickets are created, prioritized, and addressed in a timely manner</li>
<li>Support end users with multiple issues including user access, network connectivity, and more</li>
<li>Document issues and resolutions in an organized manner</li>
<li>Work and communicate with 3rd party vendors to better assist end users</li>
<li>Configure and install new PCs, printers, phones, and other devices</li>
<li>Maintain hardware inventory to ensure all items are up to date</li>
<li>Work with other IT personnel on larger IT projects as the need arises</li>
<li>Monitor and enforce compliance policies for all devices</li>
<li>Complete on-site visits on an as-needed basis</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Acceptable CORI and fingerprinting</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License and vehicle</li>
<li>Negative Drug screen</li>
</ul>
Education and/or Experience:
<ul>
<li>College degree in IT, related certificate, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>1-2 years of related IT work or internship</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 services</li></ul></div>
