Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review incoming requests and ensure tickets are created, prioritized, and addressed in a timely manner
- Support end users with multiple issues including user access, network connectivity, and more
- Document issues and resolutions in an organized manner
- Work and communicate with 3rd party vendors to better assist end users
- Configure and install new PCs, printers, phones, and other devices
- Maintain hardware inventory to ensure all items are up to date
- Work with other IT personnel on larger IT projects as the need arises
- Monitor and enforce compliance policies for all devices
- Complete on-site visits on an as-needed basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
- Valid Driver's License and vehicle
- Negative Drug screen
Education and/or Experience:
- College degree in IT, related certificate, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related IT work or internship
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 services
