Job SummaryWe are looking for a Finance &amp; Accounts Manager to manage banking, payments, compliance, reporting, and cost control functions. The role requires strong financial discipline, confidentiality, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBanking &amp; Payments<ul><li>Execute bank payments (online &amp; cheque).</li><li>Manage internet banking, cheque books, and bank coordination (OD, FD)</li><li>Daily bank balance and payment reporting</li></ul>Statutory &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Shops &amp; Establishment license renewal for all branches</li><li>Coordinate audits, returns, and company secretary compliance</li><li>Safekeeping of company seals, licenses, and CEO digital signature</li></ul>Payments &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Salary processing (Keka), staff expenses, advances &amp; recoveries</li><li>Vendor, consultant, health worker, and client refund payments</li><li>Petty cash management and expense verification</li></ul>Assets &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Asset purchase and maintenance of asset registers</li><li>Stationery, SIM cards, laptops, mobiles &ndash; purchase, allocation &amp; return</li></ul>Reporting &amp; MIS<ul><li>Monthly &amp; quarterly MIS for CEO and Board</li><li>Monthly accounts report and budget vs actual tracking</li><li>Daily application and bank debit/credit verification</li></ul>Other Responsibilities<ul><li>Cash flow &amp; liquidity management</li><li>Insurance policies &amp; claims</li><li>Vendor reconciliation and investor coordination</li><li>Data backup, confidentiality, and cost control</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting, compliance, and banking</li><li>Experience with payroll systems (Keka preferred)</li><li>High integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
