We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take charge of our service delivery, lead teams with empathy and excellence, and directly contribute to our growth and bottom line.This is a senior leadership role suited for professionals who&rsquo;ve led large operations, managed teams across functions, and taken P&amp;L responsibility in healthcare or similar service industries.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>P&amp;L Ownership: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to ensure profitability of home healthcare operations.</li><li>Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of caregiving, nursing, therapy, and other home-based services.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team of care coordinators, managers, and field staff.</li><li>Process Excellence: Drive SOP compliance, operational standardization, and continuous improvement across all verticals.</li><li>KPI Management: Monitor and act on operational data including service fulfillment, client retention, caregiver utilization, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, training, HR, clinical, and customer care teams to deliver seamless services.</li><li>Crisis &amp; Escalation Management: Resolve service issues swiftly with a solutions-first mindset.</li><li>Recruitment &amp; Training: Build high-performing teams by participating in hiring, training, and performance management.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in home healthcare, eldercare, or chronic care services.</li><li>Proven track record of P&amp;L ownership and delivering operational targets.</li><li>Strong leadership with experience in managing large teams and field operations.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of care logistics, service workflows, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency with operational dashboards, CRM/ERP tools, and reporting systems.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>MHA / MBA (Healthcare Management preferred)</li><li>Prior experience in healthcare delivery at scale, ideally in homecare settings</li><li>Familiarity with digital tools used in care coordination, telehealth, or patient monitoring</li></ul>Why Life Circle?<ul><li>Be a part of India&rsquo;s mission-driven home healthcare pioneer</li><li>Work at the intersection of technology, compassion, and impact</li><li>Lead a fast-growing team making a tangible difference in senior citizens&rsquo; lives</li><li>Take on real responsibility with freedom to innovate and grow</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
