We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, organized person to help manage incoming leads, customer communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks.This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours around a school schedule or part-time work in a supportive small-business environment.Responsibilities: Sales &amp; Customer Communication<ul><li>Answer incoming calls from customers</li><li>Respond to new leads and customer emails</li><li>Schedule moving estimates</li><li>Follow up with customers after their move</li></ul>Operations Support<ul><li>Assist with collecting outstanding payments</li><li>Track and manage moving supply inventory</li><li>Help coordinate basic staffing or scheduling needs</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Monitor company email inbox</li><li>Track Certificates of Insurance (COIs)</li><li>Assist with billing and basic bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Help organize internal systems and documents</li><li>Support occasional marketing mailers or customer outreach</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Southborough, MA 01772
