Office Manager

Lifetime Moving Company is a fast-growing moving company based in the Boston area. We pride ourselves on great customer service and smooth operations. We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to help manage incoming leads, customer communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours around a school schedule or part-time work in a supportive small-business environment.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Communication

  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Respond to new leads and customer emails
  • Schedule moving estimates
  • Follow up with customers after their move

Operations Support

  • Assist with collecting outstanding payments
  • Track and manage moving supply inventory
  • Help coordinate basic staffing or scheduling needs

Administrative Tasks

  • Monitor company email inbox
  • Track Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Assist with billing and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Help organize internal systems and documents
  • Support occasional marketing mailers or customer outreach

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Southborough, MA 01772
