While based in Prescott, you&rsquo;ll be an integral part of our Phoenix operation, ensuring that each home improvement project is perfectly measured, scoped, and prepared for installation.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Site Evaluation: Assess job sites post-sale to verify original contracts and define project scope</li><li>
Accurate Measurement: Create detailed, precise measurements and construction plans to prevent costly errors</li><li>
Customer Interaction: Serve as the face of Lifetime for customers during the post-sale process</li><li>
Scope Adjustments: Identify project changes and communicate with customers about financing impacts or scope updates</li><li>
Material Procurement: Source and manage all materials required for the installation phase</li><li>
Compliance: Ensure all projects follow lead-safe practices and applicable regulations</li><li>
Issue Resolution: Attend project sites where remeasurement or contract adjustments are necessary</li><li>
Admin Support: Participate in internal operations meetings and complete necessary documentation</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in construction, remodeling, or home services</li><li>
Proficient in precise measurements and reading construction plans</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to commute to project sites</li><li>
Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend time on active job sites</li></ul>
