While based in Prescott, you’ll be an integral part of our Phoenix operation, ensuring that each home improvement project is perfectly measured, scoped, and prepared for installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Evaluation: Assess job sites post-sale to verify original contracts and define project scope
• Accurate Measurement: Create detailed, precise measurements and construction plans to prevent costly errors
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the face of Lifetime for customers during the post-sale process
• Scope Adjustments: Identify project changes and communicate with customers about financing impacts or scope updates
• Material Procurement: Source and manage all materials required for the installation phase
• Compliance: Ensure all projects follow lead-safe practices and applicable regulations
• Issue Resolution: Attend project sites where remeasurement or contract adjustments are necessary
• Admin Support: Participate in internal operations meetings and complete necessary documentation

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, remodeling, or home services
• Proficient in precise measurements and reading construction plans
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to project sites
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend time on active job sites
