<div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)<ul><li>
Provide operational leadership for all aspects of the hospital&rsquo;s daily operations.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all applicable Medicare, Medicaid, state, county, and federal regulations, including CMS Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards.</li><li>
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to support patient safety, staff efficiency, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Oversee census management, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.</li><li>
Monitor operational and financial performance; identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Analyze and interpret operational data, financial reports, and regulatory documents.</li><li>
Manage and develop hospital staff; promote teamwork, professional growth, and accountability.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Medical Director and Director of Nursing to ensure adherence to clinical standards of care.</li><li>
Lead and/or participate in quality assurance, utilization review, and compliance initiatives.</li><li>
Participate in the Senior Leadership team to ensure communication of compliance issues.</li><li>
Required
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in hospital/business/healthcare administration OR experience in behavioral health, social work, health sciences, public administration, or human service administration.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare of behavioral health</li><li>
Experience with regulatory agencies such as: Department of Health and Human Services, Medicare, and Joint Commission Certification</li><li>
Working knowledge of inpatient psychiatric facility operations, community mental health systems, and applicable state and federal regulations</li><li>
Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and interpret financial and legal documents</li><li>
Successful completion of a criminal+ background check</li></ul></li><li>
Preferred
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in mental health, health care administration, or business administration OR Clinical Psychology PhD/PsyD</li><li>
Experience in an inpatient psychiatric treatment facility</li></ul></li></ul></div>
