You will play a key role in shaping lighting concepts, guiding junior designers, and ensuring the highest level of creativity and technical precision in our projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead lighting design for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.</li><li>Oversee design development, technical documentation, and project delivery.</li><li>Mentor and guide a team of designers.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our Dubai headquarters, architects, and clients.</li><li>Ensure projects align with Light &amp; Lives&rsquo; vision of design excellence.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in lighting design with a proven portfolio.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux / Relux, and MS Office (Revit and Photoshop knowledge is a plus).</li><li>Strong conceptual and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills.</li><li>Willingness to relocate to Calicut or Kochi.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
