About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lighting Designer with at least 7 years of expertise in the field to lead our design team in Dubai. You will play a key role in shaping lighting concepts, guiding junior designers, and ensuring the highest level of creativity and technical precision in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead lighting design for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Oversee design development, technical documentation, and project delivery.
• Mentor and guide a team of designers.
• Ensure projects align with Light & Lives’ vision of design excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lighting design with a proven portfolio.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux / Relux, and MS Office (Revit and Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
• Strong conceptual and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
