We are expanding into new service areas and building a stronger vendor and talent network to support future projects.Position SummaryWe are seeking a proactive, organized, and persistent Talent &amp; Vendor Acquisition Specialist. This role focuses on sourcing vendors and talent resources needed for upcoming projects and ongoing operations.This is a results-driven role that requires strong outbound outreach, consistent follow-up, and disciplined database tracking. This is not a traditional HR or administrative position.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and contact vendors and candidates using phone, email, LinkedIn, and recruiting platforms</li><li>Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and follow-up</li><li>Build and maintain an organized vendor and candidate database</li><li>Collect resumes, pricing inputs, and required documentation</li><li>Coordinate follow-ups until requested information is received</li><li>Support internal recruiting needs when staffing is required for projects</li><li>Provide daily progress updates to leadership</li></ul>Tools &amp; Systems (Required Experience)Candidates must have hands-on experience using the following tools:<ul><li>LinkedIn Recruiter</li><li>Indeed Employer / Recruiting Tools</li><li>ATS / CRM systems (JazzHR, Bullhorn, or similar)</li><li>Microsoft Office / Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)</li></ul>Qualifications (Required)<ul><li>3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition</li><li>Strong research and sourcing skills (ability to quickly identify vendors/candidates using online tools and databases)</li><li>Strong outbound communication skills (email and phone)</li><li>Comfortable with high-volume outreach and persistent follow-up</li><li>Strong organization and tracking discipline</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities</li><li>Bilingual English / Spanish</li><li>Ability to work onsite in Isabela, Puerto Rico</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24,000.00 - $26,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
