We're excited to build a bright future together with you!Job Description:As a Customer Service/Front Desk Representative, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, responsible for:<ul><li>Handling customer walk-ins, answering inbound phone calls, emails, and managing contact form submissions driven by our various marketing efforts.</li><li>Providing expert advice and consultation to customers on their cleaning needs, specifically focusing on rug care.</li><li>Conducting thorough rug inspections to assess their condition and recommend the best solutions.</li><li>Efficiently scheduling customer appointments using our user-friendly scheduling software.</li><li>Completing daily tasks, including following up with customers and performing data entry.</li><li>Assisting with the movement of customer rugs, requiring the ability to lift up to 50lbs.</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Starting Pay: $20 per hour</li><li>Monthly Bonus: Up To $2,000 Performance-Based Bonus</li><li>Retirement: 401k with 3% Company Match</li><li>Vacation: Up to 15 Days Paid Vacation</li><li>Holidays: 5 Paid Holidays to enjoy with family</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-Time: Monday to Saturday (Choose your day off; Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)</li><li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with flexibility to take Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off)</li><li>Saturday: 9am to 4pm</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Education: High School diploma required</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Customer Service Representative</li><li>Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
