Job Description:

As a Customer Service/Front Desk Representative, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, responsible for:

• Handling customer walk-ins, answering inbound phone calls, emails, and managing contact form submissions driven by our various marketing efforts.
• Providing expert advice and consultation to customers on their cleaning needs, specifically focusing on rug care.
• Conducting thorough rug inspections to assess their condition and recommend the best solutions.
• Efficiently scheduling customer appointments using our user-friendly scheduling software.
• Completing daily tasks, including following up with customers and performing data entry.
• Assisting with the movement of customer rugs, requiring the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $20 per hour
• Monthly Bonus: Up To $2,000 Performance-Based Bonus
• Retirement: 401k with 3% Company Match
• Vacation: Up to 15 Days Paid Vacation

Schedule:

• Full-Time: Monday to Saturday (Choose your day off; Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with flexibility to take Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off)
• Saturday: 9am to 4pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma required
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Customer Service Representative
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy, very strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency with typing and Sales driven!
• (typing evaluation upon hire, roughly 35+ WPM).
