Customer service experience required!

You must be willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced company. This position may require working at the Copperas Cove store at times.

This position requires a mature and experienced individual with exceptional customer service and a “can do attitude”. You must have a professional and friendly demeanor, outstanding communication skills, excellent organization skills, basic knowledge of computers and telephones. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Job description

• Assisting customers with quotes, scheduling and questions as they arrive to our locations, including phone calls and online leads.
• Audit and complete customer invoices
• Accept payments from customers and technicians
• Initiate and coordinate insurance claims, third party services, fleet vehicles
• Cleaning of office and bathroom daily
• Inventory of supplies
• Restocking beverage and snack center
• Communicating with technicians on customer jobs
• Learn to recognize a repairable windshield chip vs a replacement
• Educate customers on warranty and after care information related to services received
• Glass inventory/verify part delivery for jobs at assigned location
• Label glass and accessory parts (for new jobs and/or returns)
