Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team! This role involves both customer service and administrative duties, including greeting customers, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and processing payments.

Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required. This position is a great learning opportunity that will expose you to many aspects of the automotive industry, and we are willing to train someone who is motivated, eager to learn and results-oriented.

We are a mid-sized, family owned and operated used car lot serving the greater Houston area since 1998. We pride ourselves on a friendly work environment and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Process incoming payments and follow up with past-due customers daily
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for closing deals (training provided)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
