This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment and promote sales.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling accurately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies.</li><li>Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light bites during busy hours or catering events.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end.</li><li>Support catering or banquet events by setting up bar stations, serving drinks at large functions, and ensuring smooth operations.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer service in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants.</li><li>Stay informed about new drink recipes, brewing techniques, and industry trends to enhance guest offerings.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that encourages repeat visits.</li><li>Experience working with diverse beverage menus including brewing techniques or specialty cocktails is a plus.</li><li>Previous retail math or hospitality experience demonstrating attention to detail in sales transactions.
