Whether in a bustling restaurant or an elegant fine dining setting, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through in every interaction.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient service</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction</li><li>Manage tables effectively by assisting with guest needs to maintain a smooth flow of service</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions, including cash handling and processing payments via Toast POS</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food safety protocols and sanitation standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>At least 2 years prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings, is highly preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to build guest relations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Experience with food industry operations including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and basic math for cash handling</li><li>Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us as a Server where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to create unforgettable dining experiences!
