Lompoc Van &amp; Storage, an established, family owned and operated Moving and Storage Company with locations in multiple states is currently hiring for the following position:Move CoordinatorLocation: Lompoc, CAJob Description:<ul><li>Maintain point of contact status with customers</li><li>Locate/recruit move support partners</li><li>Enhance agency support network</li><li>Register local, intrastate and interstate household goods moves</li><li>Keep customers informed of their move status from start to finish</li><li>Organize customer accounts and files</li><li>Process paperwork in a timely manner</li><li>Manage shipment files</li><li>Answer Customer Service questions via telephone and email</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, etc.) a must</li><li>Exceptional Customer Service skills</li><li>Highly motivated with great self-management skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Move management experience in logistics or the moving and storage industry preferred but not required.</li></ul>All employees must pass criminal background checks, drug screening, and other pre-employment requirements.
