Lompoc Van & Storage, an established, family owned and operated Moving and Storage Company with locations in multiple states is currently hiring for the following position:
Move Coordinator
Location: Lompoc, CA
Job Description:
- Maintain point of contact status with customers
- Locate/recruit move support partners
- Enhance agency support network
- Register local, intrastate and interstate household goods moves
- Keep customers informed of their move status from start to finish
- Organize customer accounts and files
- Process paperwork in a timely manner
- Manage shipment files
- Answer Customer Service questions via telephone and email
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, etc.) a must
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Highly motivated with great self-management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Move management experience in logistics or the moving and storage industry preferred but not required.
