You will be instrumental in generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.Duties<ul><li>Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories.</li><li>Manage existing client accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across designated regions.</li><li>Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.</li><li>Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and leveraging CRM software tools such as Salesforce.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling relevant products or services.</li><li>Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions within CRM systems.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li><li>Strong management skills demonstrated through territory management or sales team leadership roles.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.</li><li>Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.</li><li>Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell additional solutions when appropriate.</li><li>Strong analysis skills for market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.</li><li>Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, retail sales, or tele-sales roles.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles that support lead generation strategies and brand positioning.
