 As an English Teacher at Links Academy, you&rsquo;ll help students build confidence and mastery in reading, writing, and critical thinking through fully individualized instruction. You&rsquo;ll design lessons that connect literature and language to students&rsquo; personal experiences and goals, foster engagement and a lifelong love of learning. Working within a flexible, college-preparatory environment, you&rsquo;ll collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity, independence, and student growth.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Need
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 At least two years of experience teaching middle or high school English
 </li>
 <li>
 Teaching certification preferred but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for creating meaningful, personalized learning experiences for every student
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and deliver one-on-one English instruction tailored to each student&rsquo;s academic level and learning style
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage students in literary analysis, creative and academic writing, and language skills development
 </li>
 <li>
 Incorporate real-world connections and diverse perspectives into lessons to inspire curiosity and understanding
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and document student progress using digital tools to inform instruction and ensure accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate regularly with students, families, and school leadership to support ongoing success
 
 
 </li>
