We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations across our HR Management Services, Travel Services, and Food Industry businesses.Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, bank reconciliations, and general accounting principles.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Experience in HR Management services, travel-related accounting, or the food industry will be an advantage.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment processing, collections follow-up, and vendor/customer account maintenance.</li><li>Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate accounting records through journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Monitor and record financial transactions related to HR Management Services, Travel Services, and Food Industry operations.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, operations, HR, and other departments to support financial processes and resolve accounting-related issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal financial controls.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in HR Management services, travel-related accounting, or the food industry?</li><li>Current visa status?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>relevant accounting : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
