We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations across our HR Management Services, Travel Services, and Food Industry businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, bank reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in HR Management services, travel-related accounting, or the food industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment processing, collections follow-up, and vendor/customer account maintenance.
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records through journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and record financial transactions related to HR Management Services, Travel Services, and Food Industry operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, HR, and other departments to support financial processes and resolve accounting-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal financial controls.
