We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and help with communication and coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and/or physical)</li><li>Assist in sorting, labeling, and updating documents</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with team members and external contacts as needed</li><li>Help relay messages and updates between client and assistant (including coordination with Argelyn EA)</li><li>Support basic administrative tasks such as email handling, data entry, and document tracking</li><li>Ensure files and records are accurate, complete, and up to date</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Previous experience in administrative, office assistant, or virtual assistant roles</li><li>Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Comfortable using email, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), or similar tools</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li><li>Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working with clients or coordinating with remote teams</li><li>Basic understanding of document management or bookkeeping support is a plus</li></ul>Work Arrangement:<ul><li>Part-time</li><li>Flexible schedule (depending on workload)</li></ul>Please to the link below:https://forms.gle/JFwBDCSo6J63kjWQ8Pay: From $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
