Part-Time Office Assistant (Admin & Communication Support)

We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and help with communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and/or physical)
  • Assist in sorting, labeling, and updating documents
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members and external contacts as needed
  • Help relay messages and updates between client and assistant (including coordination with Argelyn EA)
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as email handling, data entry, and document tracking
  • Ensure files and records are accurate, complete, and up to date

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in administrative, office assistant, or virtual assistant roles
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using email, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), or similar tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

Preferred:

  • Experience working with clients or coordinating with remote teams
  • Basic understanding of document management or bookkeeping support is a plus

Work Arrangement:

  • Part-time
  • Flexible schedule (depending on workload)
