Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Foreman (Buildings &amp; Fit-Out)Location:* QatarWe are currently seeking a qualified and experienced *Maintenance Engineer / Foreman* to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in *building maintenance and interior fit-out works*, with the ability to handle both technical execution and cost estimation, in addition to dealing professionally with clients.Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and manage maintenance and repair works for buildings and interiors* Handle all aspects of fit-out works including civil, gypsum, painting, flooring, MEP coordination, etc.* Prepare accurate *cost estimates and quotations** Communicate directly with clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions* Maintain a professional and polite attitude when dealing with customers* Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed on time and within budget* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsRequirements:* Proven experience in *building maintenance and interior/fit-out works in Qatar** Strong knowledge of *pricing and cost estimation** Ability to manage teams and site operations efficiently* *Good communication skills in English and a polite, customer-friendly attitude** Ability to handle client interactions professionally* Valid Qatar driving license is preferredHow to Apply:Please send your CV to lionsunion@outlook.com with the subject line: Maintenance Engineer / Foreman ApplicationJob Type: PermanentWork Location: In person
