Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Foreman (Buildings & Fit-Out)

Location:* Qatar

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced *Maintenance Engineer / Foreman* to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in *building maintenance and interior fit-out works*, with the ability to handle both technical execution and cost estimation, in addition to dealing professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage maintenance and repair works for buildings and interiors

* Handle all aspects of fit-out works including civil, gypsum, painting, flooring, MEP coordination, etc.

* Prepare accurate *cost estimates and quotations*

* Communicate directly with clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions

* Maintain a professional and polite attitude when dealing with customers

* Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed on time and within budget

* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in *building maintenance and interior/fit-out works in Qatar*

* Strong knowledge of *pricing and cost estimation*

* Ability to manage teams and site operations efficiently

* *Good communication skills in English and a polite, customer-friendly attitude*

* Ability to handle client interactions professionally

* Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
