Maintenance Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance contracts in fire fighting and fire alarm systems
  • Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service solutions to clients
  • Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for smooth project execution
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance sales within fire protection / MEP industry
  • Strong knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems (NFPA / QCDD standards preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
  • Locally available in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC preferred
