Sales Executive – Mobile Phones & Electronics (Social Media Focus)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in both retail sales and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales while also promoting products through digital platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and electronic products to walk-in customers
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to maximize sales
• Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and post engaging content (offers, promotions, product highlights)
• Respond to customer inquiries through social media and WhatsApp
• Generate leads and convert online inquiries into sales
• Maintain attractive product displays in-store
• Track sales performance and meet monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (mobile phones or electronics preferred)
• Experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of latest mobile phones and electronic gadgets
• Basic skills in photo/video editing (preferred)
