As a Professional Senior Accountant with minimum 5 years of previous working experience, you will be responsible for managing key financial activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting operational decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Monitor and report on production costs, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS).</li><li>Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, providing insights based on manufacturing performance.</li><li>Support audits and tax filings with thorough documentation and reporting.</li><li>Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes related to production and inventory.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)</li><li>Focus: Financial accounting, taxation, business law, and auditing.</li><li>BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) &ndash; Finance/Accounting Specialization</li><li>Tally ERP / Tally Prime Certification &ndash; Often mandatory for entry/mid-level roles in SMEs and manufacturing firms.</li><li>Advanced Excel / Financial Modeling Courses &ndash; Increasingly expected for analytical roles.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and yearly performance bonuses.</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the finance team.</li><li>A supportive work environment in a growing company.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
