Manage E-commerce sales and shipping of products.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on both brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), ensuring targeted reach and optimal ROI.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through effective content optimization.</li><li>Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns to engage diverse audiences worldwide.</li><li>Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and maximize engagement across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Manage social media management tools to schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow our online community across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that aligns with branding standards.</li><li>Maintain website content using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring up-to-date information and seamless user experience.</li><li>Support B2C marketing efforts by creating targeted campaigns that appeal to clients.</li><li>Leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge for website updates or troubleshooting when necessary.</li><li>Track industry trends in digital marketing and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns for continuous improvement.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.</li><li>Strong skills in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Proficiency in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), and video editing is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms for website updates.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for technical website adjustments or data analysis tasks.</li><li>Experience in conversion optimization techniques aimed at increasing engagement and sales performance.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting campaign results clearly.</li><li>A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Understanding of e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies is desirable but not mandatory.
