Duties

- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), ensuring targeted reach and optimal ROI.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through effective content optimization.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns to engage diverse audiences worldwide.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and maximize engagement across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage social media management tools to schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow our online community across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that aligns with branding standards.
- Maintain website content using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring up-to-date information and seamless user experience.
- Support B2C marketing efforts by creating targeted campaigns that appeal to clients.
- Leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge for website updates or troubleshooting when necessary.
- Track industry trends in digital marketing and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Strong skills in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms for website updates.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for technical website adjustments or data analysis tasks.
- Experience in conversion optimization techniques aimed at increasing engagement and sales performance.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting campaign results clearly.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
