KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Foster ongoing dialogue between the Engineering unit and Operations arm.</li>
<li>Deliver technical assistance and comprehensive data to empower operations.</li>
<li>Innovate and place equipment while drafting detailed process layouts.</li>
<li>Leverage CAD, especially AutoCAD, to shape and adjust blueprints.</li>
<li>Interpret intricate blueprints to ensure flawless production setups.</li>
<li>Synchronize with cross-departmental teams to elevate manufacturing methods.</li>
<li>Address mechanical and electrical production issues with swiftness.</li>
<li>Oversee machine setup for flawless production functionality.</li>
<li>Apply GD&amp;T practices to uphold product integrity and standards.</li>
<li>Undertake PLC troubleshooting for proactive issue resolution.</li>
<li>Advance PPAP processes to implement new methodologies.</li>
<li>Contribute insights and feedback to drive product design enhancements.</li>
<li>Plan and calculate production and material costs comprehensively.</li>
<li>Document and communicate procedures for institutional knowledge.</li>
<li>Identify training gaps and notify relevant management promptly.</li>
<li>Champion continuous tweaks and improvements to manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Adapt to any additional roles as assigned.</li>
<li>Commit to LEAP/5S methodologies and uphold HSE standards.</li>
</ul>
SOFTWARE &amp; TECHNOLOGY TOOLS
<ul>
<li>Strength in Plant ERP systems like Plex is preferred.</li>
<li>Mastery of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD&rsquo;s 2D and 3D capabilities.</li>
<li>Minitab expertise for statistical quality control.</li>
</ul>
EXPERTISE &amp; SKILL SET

Demonstrated skills in CNC machining, cold heading, blueprint literacy, and CAD expertise are expected. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles is crucial, coupled with ISO/IATF experience.

COMMUNICATION PROFICIENCY

Decoding and interpreting complex technical documentation is vital. Ability to engage effectively with customers, regulatory agents, and the wider corporate community is essential.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; 2-5 years CNC experience, or 8+ years without formal degree.</li>
<li>Proficient in deploying CNC configurations and creating quality-proven programs.</li>
<li>Experience with business operations, quoting, customer relations, and planning strategies.</li>
<li>Proven track record in negotiation, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Thorough PC skills within a Windows-based environment.</li>
