Solutions Support SpecialistTouchScreen ProsPosition OverviewTouchScreen Pros is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Solutions Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our LiteTouch interactive display solutions.The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with hands-on technical ability, supporting product troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and customer interactions both remotely and onsite. This role also plays a key part in supporting trade shows, logistics, and day-to-day operational functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support &amp; Solutions Delivery<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support via phone and email.</li><li>Manage and resolve support tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely and complete resolution.</li><li>Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for full team visibility.</li><li>Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical support for LiteTouch displays and related solutions.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in virtual or onsite customer support sessions.</li><li>Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining clear communication with customers.</li></ul>Field Support, Installation &amp; Service<ul><li>Assist with product installations, setup, and deployment when required.</li><li>Support product repairs, replacements, and quality checks following company procedures.</li><li>Prepare and ship replacement units and manage incoming shipments.</li><li>Maintain accurate tracking of service activities, repairs, and logistics.</li></ul>Trade Shows &amp; Customer Engagement<ul><li>Represent TouchScreen Pros at trade shows, conferences, and events.</li><li>Assist with booth setup, product demonstrations, and customer interactions.</li><li>Support event logistics including setup, teardown, and equipment handling.</li></ul>Operational &amp; Equipment Support<ul><li>Assist with general operational tasks to support daily business functions.</li><li>Help maintain organization and readiness of inventory, tools, and equipment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Basic technical aptitude with a willingness to learn product troubleshooting and AV/display technology.</li><li>Comfortable working hands-on with equipment, tools, and packaging.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on responsibilities.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to operate company vehicles.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, installations, and events.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with industry-leading interactive display technology</li><li>Hands-on experience in a fast-growing AV and technology company</li><li>Exposure to enterprise clients, education, and large-scale deployments</li><li>A team-oriented environment focused on long-term customer partnerships</li></ul>About TouchScreen ProsTouchScreen Pros is a Kentucky-based technology company specializing in LiteTouch interactive displays and digital solutions for education, enterprise, and commercial environments.
