Position Overview

TouchScreen Pros is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Solutions Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our LiteTouch interactive display solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with hands-on technical ability, supporting product troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and customer interactions both remotely and onsite. This role also plays a key part in supporting trade shows, logistics, and day-to-day operational functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Solutions Delivery

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support via phone and email.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely and complete resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for full team visibility.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical support for LiteTouch displays and related solutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in virtual or onsite customer support sessions.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining clear communication with customers.

Field Support, Installation & Service

  • Assist with product installations, setup, and deployment when required.
  • Support product repairs, replacements, and quality checks following company procedures.
  • Prepare and ship replacement units and manage incoming shipments.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of service activities, repairs, and logistics.

Trade Shows & Customer Engagement

  • Represent TouchScreen Pros at trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Assist with booth setup, product demonstrations, and customer interactions.
  • Support event logistics including setup, teardown, and equipment handling.

Operational & Equipment Support

  • Assist with general operational tasks to support daily business functions.
  • Help maintain organization and readiness of inventory, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic technical aptitude with a willingness to learn product troubleshooting and AV/display technology.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with equipment, tools, and packaging.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, installations, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
