 Job Summary:
 
 LiteWave Co. is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Supervisor specialized in Gas Turbines to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of hands-on experience, specifically with GE frames, managing major overhauls and maintenance activities.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 &bull;	Perform hands-on repairs, major overhauls, and Combustion Inspection (CI) activities.
 
 &bull;	Supervise gas turbine alignment, boroscopic inspections, and maintenance of auxiliary systems.
 
 &bull;	Identify required spare parts from manufacturer drawings and arrange resources for planned/forced shutdowns.
 
 &bull;	Conduct Task Risk Assessments (TRA) and lead Toolbox talks to ensure full compliance with HSEM systems and safety requirements.
 
 &bull;	Prepare detailed inspection reports and document all breakdown and overhaul maintenance activities.
 
 &bull;	Issue file notes to document any site events or incidents.
 
 
 Desired Candidate Profile (Requirements):
 
 &bull;	Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
 
 &bull;	Experience: 15 - 20 years of proven working experience on Gas Turbines.
 
 &bull;	Technical Expertise: Must have specific experience with GE Gas Turbines (Frame 5, 6B, 7E, 7EA).
 
 &bull;	Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
 
 &bull;	Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
 
 &bull;	Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead site teams effectively.
