MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR - GAS TURBINE

Job Summary:
LiteWave Co. is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Supervisor specialized in Gas Turbines to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of hands-on experience, specifically with GE frames, managing major overhauls and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on repairs, major overhauls, and Combustion Inspection (CI) activities.
• Supervise gas turbine alignment, boroscopic inspections, and maintenance of auxiliary systems.
• Identify required spare parts from manufacturer drawings and arrange resources for planned/forced shutdowns.
• Conduct Task Risk Assessments (TRA) and lead Toolbox talks to ensure full compliance with HSEM systems and safety requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document all breakdown and overhaul maintenance activities.
• Issue file notes to document any site events or incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile (Requirements):
• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 15 - 20 years of proven working experience on Gas Turbines.
• Technical Expertise: Must have specific experience with GE Gas Turbines (Frame 5, 6B, 7E, 7EA).
• Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead site teams effectively.
