Our licensed clinicians deliver psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and ABA therapy within a supportive and professional environment.We are seeking a skilled Administrator to support our therapy services. This role is essential to the smooth daily operation of the clinic and to ensuring a positive, organized experience for our clients and clinical team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily administrative operations to support effective delivery of therapy services</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and therapist diaries</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential client records in alignment with clinical documentation standards</li><li>Coordinate client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently</li><li>Provide administrative support to therapists, clinical managers, and front-of-house operations</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, staff, and management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field</li><li>Proven administrative experience, preferably in a clinical, medical, or healthcare setting</li><li>Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and experience with scheduling and client management systems</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic</li><li>Professional, proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
