Clinic Administrator & Front Desk Coordinator

Mind Institute is a leading multidisciplinary therapy clinic in Qatar, dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services for individuals and families. Our licensed clinicians deliver psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and ABA therapy within a supportive and professional environment.

We are seeking a skilled Clinic Administrator and Front Desk Coordinator to support our therapy services. This role is essential to the smooth daily operation of the clinic and to ensuring a positive, organized experience for our clients and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and therapist diaries
  • Support the daily administrative operations of the clinic
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Coordinate client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally
  • Provide administrative support to therapists and management
  • Ensure a welcoming and organized front desk environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Previous administrative or front desk experience (healthcare experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and calm manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling systems
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
