Office Manager-Security Services

Key Responsibilities Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
  • Ensure deployment, scheduling, and supervision of security personnel.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company SOPs.
  • Handle incident management, escalations, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management of guards and supervisors.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and secure new security contracts (corporate, commercial, residential, industrial).
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct site surveys and provide customized security solutions.

Financial Management

  • Manage full P&L responsibility for the division.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
  • Monitor operational costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Ensure proper billing, collections, and contract financial compliance.
  • Optimize manpower utilization to improve cost efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and licensing standards.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and operational records.
  • Implement health & safety protocols.
  • Manage contract renewals and legal documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 8–15+ years of experience in a Security Services / Guarding company.
  • Proven experience managing operations, sales, and financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of manpower planning and contract-based services.
  • Experience handling government and corporate security contracts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and client management abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
