Key Responsibilities Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
- Ensure deployment, scheduling, and supervision of security personnel.
- Monitor service delivery standards and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company SOPs.
- Handle incident management, escalations, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management of guards and supervisors.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new security contracts (corporate, commercial, residential, industrial).
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and tender submissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct site surveys and provide customized security solutions.
Financial Management
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the division.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
- Monitor operational costs, margins, and profitability.
- Ensure proper billing, collections, and contract financial compliance.
- Optimize manpower utilization to improve cost efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and licensing standards.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and operational records.
- Implement health & safety protocols.
- Manage contract renewals and legal documentation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- 8–15+ years of experience in a Security Services / Guarding company.
- Proven experience managing operations, sales, and financial performance.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning and contract-based services.
- Experience handling government and corporate security contracts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
