Job Profile / Summary:Education / Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.</li><li>Should have a minimum of continuous 5 or more years of experience in &lsquo;Finastra EQUATION&rsquo; Core Banking System, support, and implementation.</li><li>Reviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and preparing the Function Specification for development and/or test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.</li><li>Business process analysis and mapping.</li><li>Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting.</li><li>Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing.</li><li>Understanding of Systems integration with Core Banking systems.</li><li>In-depth experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems.</li><li>Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.</li><li>Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions.</li><li>Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.</li><li>Track and document changes to business specifications.</li><li>Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training.</li><li>Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.</li><li>Actively participate in meetings which aim to assess performance as well as the department&rsquo;s overall performance on a regular basis.</li><li>Answer questions about applications for all team members, as well as internal and external customers.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>In-depth and high competence in &lsquo;Finastra EQUATION&rsquo; Core Banking System</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable.</li><li>Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.</li><li>Team work and integration with reporting hierarchy.</li><li>Customer service oriented.</li><li>Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct.</li><li>Ability perform under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and Vendor contacts.</li><li>Planning and organizing ability.</li><li>Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility.</li><li>Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
