Location: Doha, Qatar Company: Tridy Consultancy and Training Services Employment Type: Full-time Availability: Immediate Joiners OnlyJob SummaryTridy Consultancy and Training Services is seeking a proactive and results-driven Training Coordinator / Sales Coordinator with prior experience in a training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programs, supporting business development activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of corporate and public training courses.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and manage corporate and public training programs from inquiry to completion.</li><li>Promote and sell training courses to corporate clients and individual participants.</li><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and training calendars.</li><li>Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.</li><li>Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal departments to ensure successful training delivery.</li><li>Schedule training sessions, book venues, and arrange training logistics.</li><li>Maintain training records, participant databases, and CRM.</li><li>Generate training reports, feedback summaries, and sales reports.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and training promotions through various channels.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in a training institute is mandatory.</li><li>Proven experience in training coordination and training sales.</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid QID (preferred).</li><li>Immediate joiners only.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience selling corporate training programs.</li><li>Knowledge of professional certifications and training solutions.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Strong presentation and client engagement skills.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Sales incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Professional and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Only candidates with prior experience in a Training Institute and who are available to join immediately will be considered.Pay: QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a training institute as a Training Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar role?</li><li>Are you currently available in Qatar and able to join immediately (within one week)?</li><li>Do you have experience in coordinating corporate training programs and achieving training sales or business development targets?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Profile / Summary:Education / Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.</li><li>Should have a minimum of continuous 5 or more years of experience in &lsquo;Finastra EQUATION&rsquo; Core Banking System, support, and implementation.</li><li>Reviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and preparing the Function Specification for development and/or test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.</li><li>Business process analysis and mapping.</li><li>Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting.</li><li>Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing.</li><li>Understanding of Systems integration with Core Banking systems.</li><li>In-depth experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems.</li><li>Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.</li><li>Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions.</li><li>Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.</li><li>Track and document changes to business specifications.</li><li>Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training.</li><li>Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.</li><li>Actively participate in meetings which aim to assess performance as well as the department&rsquo;s overall performance on a regular basis.</li><li>Answer questions about applications for all team members, as well as internal and external customers.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>In-depth and high competence in &lsquo;Finastra EQUATION&rsquo; Core Banking System</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable.</li><li>Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.</li><li>Team work and integration with reporting hierarchy.</li><li>Customer service oriented.</li><li>Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct.</li><li>Ability perform under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and Vendor contacts.</li><li>Planning and organizing ability.</li><li>Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility.</li><li>Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
