Female Admin Coordinator

Job Summary:

Managing communications, coordinating meetings and corporate travel itineraries, and preparing documents and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing Directors' calendars and schedules

· Answering or screening emails, calls, and in-person appointments

· Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries, and supporting executives in completing expense reports

· Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion

· Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments or leading administrative support staff

· Serving as the liaison between executives and internal/external partners

· Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in another secretarial position

· Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Proficiency in English, preferably from the Philippines

· Exemplary planning and time management skills

· Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

· High-level verbal and written communication skills

· Discretion and confidentiality

· Additional qualification as a personal assistant would be considered an advantage

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Willing to Join Immediately
