I'm in need of a substitute caregiver with availability on to work one day/ week on Fridays for an in-home daycare in Heartland, TX.Are you passionate about working with children and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment? Little Blossoms Child Care is seeking a dependable and caring Substitute / Assistant Caregiver to join our team.Minimum Requirements (per Texas State Regulations):<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Completion of required orientation training</li><li>Ability to pass state background checks</li><li>Current Pediatric First Aid &amp; CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul>Our Program Requirements:<ul><li>Previous childcare experience preferred</li><li>Basic understanding of child development</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed</li><li>Works productively without direct supervision</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide care for children age 12 months- 12 years old</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care</li><li>Implement age-appropriate lesson plans from our curriculum</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement</li><li>Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment</li><li>Supervise children and provide individualized support to foster a sense of belonging</li><li>Communicate with families regarding daily activities and child progress</li><li>Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations</li><li>Support daily routines and tasks to promote a nurturing environment.</li><li>Preparing meals and snacks</li><li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the daycare space.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>About usLittle Blossoms Child Care, LLC is a state registered daycare home providing quality affordable care for children ages 12 months - 5 years.Why Join Us?
