If you&rsquo;re enthusiastic, nurturing, and excited to grow alongside your students, this is the perfect place for you!Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesAs a Toddler Teacher, you&rsquo;ll play an important role in each child&rsquo;s day. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Providing attentive, loving care to ensure each child&rsquo;s safety and well-being</li><li>Planning and leading engaging lessons and activities that spark creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning</li><li>Supporting toddlers as they reach important developmental milestones in language, motor skills, and social-emotional growth</li><li>Encouraging cooperation, kindness, and problem-solving with positive guidance strategies (because little eyes are always watching)</li><li>Helping with daily routines like mealtime, diapering, potty training, and nap time in a calm and caring way</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment for play and exploration</li><li>Building strong partnerships with families, keeping them informed about their child&rsquo;s progress, milestones, and daily activities through Brightwheel and personal communication</li><li>Collaborating with fellow teachers to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all children, including those with diverse needs</li><li>Documenting children&rsquo;s learning experiences, progress, and any incidents</li></ul>RequirementsWe&rsquo;re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will:<ul><li>Be at least 18 years old</li><li>Have (or be willing to obtain) a high school diploma or GED</li><li>Bring experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings</li><li>Possess a basic understanding of child development and toddler care (or a willingness to learn!)</li><li>Hold CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to complete during orientation)</li><li>Complete all required trainings (Infant/Child CPR/First Aid, Safe Sleep, Health &amp; Safety) within state-required timelines</li><li>Be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting</li><li>Show strong communication skills when working with children, families, and coworkers</li><li>Be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. and joining in active play with toddlers</li><li>Have or be working toward a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (we offer support and scholarships!)</li><li>Demonstrate reliable attendance, teamwork, and a genuine love for children</li></ul>What We Offer:* Scholarship opportunities (Up to a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education) * Free childcare for staff * Paid time off (PTO) * Flexible scheduling * Supportive team environment * Ongoing professional developmentIf you're passionate about early childhood education and ready to grow with a center that values its team, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $9.00 - $11.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
