We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to manage front-desk operations and assist with day-to-day studio coordination. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and customer-oriented &mdash; someone who ensures a smooth experience for every family that visits our studio.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming studio atmosphere.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.</li><li>Schedule and confirm photography sessions and appointments.</li><li>Maintain client records, booking calendars, and daily schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with photographers and editors for smooth workflow.</li><li>Assist in managing payments, invoices, and receipts.</li><li>Support marketing activities such as social media updates and promotional messages.</li><li>Ensure the studio remains neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and patient personality &mdash; especially with families and children.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn about studio operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
