We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to manage front-desk operations and assist with day-to-day studio coordination. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and customer-oriented — someone who ensures a smooth experience for every family that visits our studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming studio atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Schedule and confirm photography sessions and appointments.
  • Maintain client records, booking calendars, and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate with photographers and editors for smooth workflow.
  • Assist in managing payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Support marketing activities such as social media updates and promotional messages.
  • Ensure the studio remains neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Friendly, professional, and patient personality — especially with families and children.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn about studio operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
