We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to manage front-desk operations and assist with day-to-day studio coordination. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and customer-oriented — someone who ensures a smooth experience for every family that visits our studio.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming studio atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Schedule and confirm photography sessions and appointments.
- Maintain client records, booking calendars, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate with photographers and editors for smooth workflow.
- Assist in managing payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Support marketing activities such as social media updates and promotional messages.
- Ensure the studio remains neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Friendly, professional, and patient personality — especially with families and children.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about studio operations.
