This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while honing your teaching and childcare skills in a dynamic camp setting.Duties<ul><li>Plan, organize, and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, sportsmanship, and social skills.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline techniques to ensure a safe and respectful environment.</li><li>Supervise children during all camp activities, including outdoor games, arts and crafts, theater performances, and sports coaching.</li><li>Provide first aid when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers at all times.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns that arise during camp sessions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, tutoring, babysitting, or camp environments is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong classroom management skills combined with excellent behavior management techniques.</li><li>Ability to engage children through creative teaching methods.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.</li><li>Passion for working with children and fostering their growth in a fun yet structured environment.
